Due to recent legislation Southern Adventist University must have authorization from each state in which they wish to offer online education.
SAU is currently a State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (S.A.R.A.) member and is pursuing authorization in every state.
If you are interested in taking online courses from SAU and have questions about state authorization, please contact the Office of Academic Administration at email@example.com or 423.236.2803 for more information on the status of authorization in your state.
SAU online students who would like to file a complaint against the university should exhaust all internal grievance processes first. The vast majority of complaints are successfully resolved between the university and the student. In the rare occasion that a grievance is not resolved internally, online students may wish to submit a written complaint through the appropriate offices of education in the state in which the student resides.
