Scarab
This scarab displays the throne name of Thutmose III (1504-1450 B.C.), Menkheperre, in a cartouche, accompanied by the hieroglyphic epithet "Image of Amun-Re" on the right side of the cartouche. Thutmose III is the sixth pharaoh of the 18th dynasty and has been suggested as being the pharaoh of the Exodus, following the early dating of the Exodus in the middle of the 15th century B.C.
