Tri It Ironman

Directions:

  • Complete an Ironman Triathlon over the course of the semester by accumulating 2.5 miles swimming, 114 miles biking, and 26 miles running.  
  • Program runs September 1 - December 11.
  • Report your total accumulated mileage on the Last Day of each month by submitting your information in the form below.
