In 1990, Cindy Halleron Johnson graduated from Chattanooga State Technical College with an AS degree in nursing. In 2007, she received her MSN. degree in adult nursing/education from Southern Adventist University.
Cindy Johnson's nursing experience includes emergency room, critical care, senior practicum clinical instructor for University of Tennessee Chattanooga, cardiac home health, and peri-operative nursing care. She is an active member of the American Nurses Association, and a member of Sigma Theta Tau International, Honor Society of Nursing. Cindy continues to be a Basic Life Support (BLS) instructor with the American Heart Association since 1994 and has recently become an instructor for Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) with the American Heart Association.
Cindy is originally from Maryland and located to the Collegedale area in 1986. She is married to Tim Johnson and has one daughter at Collegedale Adventist Middle School and one daughter at Collegedale Academy. She enjoys birdwatching and cooking. She and her family are animal lovers. They have two miniature Daschunds and two orange cats that are sisters.
