School of Nursing
Jaclynn Huse, professor of nursing, came to Southern Adventist University in the fall
of 2003 after completing her master’s in nursing education at Southern Adventist University
in May of 2003. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2010 with
her PhD in Nursing Education and currently teaches full-time in the BS program (Research

She and her husband and young daughter have been living in the Chattanooga area since 1996. During this time, Dr. Huse worked in several of the local hospitals as an RN in the ICU and ER environment. She is excited about teaching at Southern and looks forward to meeting each one of you.
