POP PILATES

Description: POP Pilates is an upbeat, mat based workout that incorporates core strengthening moves, flexibility training and cardio.  POP Pilates challenges participants to flow from one exercise to the next while keeping the core engaged and leaving no muscle untouched.

SPIN/ABS

CARDIO BEAT

Description: A fusion of Latin and International music / themes that create dynamic and exciting exercise.  The workout is available to all, and fun and easy to do. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
