Description: If you love to bike, want a great leg workout, or enjoy major calorie busting while pedaling away, indoor cycling is for you. Indoor Cycling is a great leg workout coupled with great instructors, fun music, friends, and even some ab work.

CARDIO BEAT

Time: 7 - 8 p.m.

Description: A fusion of Latin and International music / themes that create dynamic and exciting exercise.  The workout is available to all, and fun and easy to do. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
