Photocopying and Printing Policy
McKee Library provides three stations for printing, copying, and scanning. Two stations are located on the main floor, and one is on the 2nd floor. Laminating services are available at the Circulation desk.

- Students: Please swipe your SAU ID card through the scanner next to the copier. The cost of photocopies is subtracted from the total on the card each time a copy is made. Add money to your ID card at the Information Technology Campus Card desk in Wright Hall or online through the Meal and Prepaid Plan Students cannot pay with cash.
- Faculty/Staff: Please swipe your SAU ID card through the scanner next to the copier. The library does not accept departmental charges.
- Community members: Please pay in cash at the Circulation desk.
Patrons may print documents wirelessly from their personal laptops or McKee Library laptops. Library laptops already have the necessary software installed, and print to the station near the Periodicals area on the library's main floor.
Patrons desiring to print from their personal devices have the following options:
- SAU’s web printing website: Most common file types are supported.
- PrintWhere Drive: PC users can download the PrintWhere drive to print directly from their computer. Search for Southern Adventist University and choose the appropriate queue.
- Email: To print an email message or attachment, forward your email to library-periodicals-mono@printspots.com or library-periodicals-color@printspots.com. You will receive a release code for the email message and each attachment. Use these release codes to retrieve your documents.
- App: Look for the PrinterOn app in your device’s app store. Search for Southern Adventist University and choose the appropriate queue.
