State Authorization for Online Courses

Due to recent legislation Southern Adventist University must have authorization from each state in which they wish to offer online education. Check this page for information on your state of residence.

Applying is a simple process:

  1. If you are NOT a part-time or full-time student at Southern Adventist University, please fill out the appropriate application below:
    1. Undergraduate Application
    2. Dual-enrollment application
    3. Graduate application
    4. Teacher Certification Application
  2. Pay tuition

Southern Online Campus does not charge additional fees for verification of student identity. However, some high stakes exams may require that distance students arrange proctoring through a nationally recognized and sanctioned provider such as Sylvan Learning CenterĀ®.
