Collegiate Adventists for Better Living

About Us

The student wellness program is designed to educate and inspire young adults to get the most out of their academic experience. The best way to do that is to get sufficient sleep, effective nutrition, lots of exercise, and plenty of spiritual nurture through prayer and Bible study.

Events

This year, we are working on kickstarting a myriad of events.

These events will focus on three components of health: spirituality, strength and sleep.

Aside from what is happening on campus, CABL is also becoming an outreach. There will be two student-led health expos planned and executed this year. We are really excited about this new component of wellness this year.

The goal of CABL ministries is for the students of Southern Adventist University to be so intentional on living a better life, that they will have experienced a transformation by the month of May.

If you want to sign up to participate in any events, or if you have any questions, please email CABL ministries at cabl@southern.edu
