Please refer to the table above to check availability, and if the status shows wait list for a certain level or time, please fill out the form below to be added to the wait list, and you will be contacted if a spot becomes available.

- Please fill out the pick up form if your child needs to be picked up from Collegedale Academy Elementary School.
