2024 OPEN ENROLLMENT
You have the option of choosing between two plans: the Accelerate Plan (requires earned
points the previous year) and the Access Plan (no points required), or declining coverage.
- Ascend to Wholeness Website— Click here to start STEP 1 of the Open Enrollment process. (If you do not complete this step, you will keep the same benefits you had last year, with the exception of Flexible Spending, which requires annual renewal. Your healthcare coverage will continue, but not necessarily in the same plan.)
- Salary Reduction Agreement— REQUIRED – Click here to complete STEP 2 of the Open Enrollment process. This form is where you specify the tax treatment of your payroll deduction for healthcare contributions, declare your spouse’s annual gross income bracket (which affects your monthly contributions), and receive confirmation of your monthly healthcare contribution amounts.
