Retention Services will be providing student support for all undergraduate students as we transition to online classes due to the COVID-19 situation. We are working closely with administration to obtain the most accurate information with which to answer all questions that you or your parents may have. Retention Services focuses on connecting students with resources to help them be successful in pursuit of their academic goals and personal prosperity. We also connect with students who struggle with issues that could interfere with their progress at Southern Adventist University.
This office provides student support services focused on student retention and as a liaison between students, faculty/staff, and various campus resources including:
- career services
- disability services
- first year experience
Students who are experiencing academic, personal, or financial difficulties and those considering dropping out of college are encouraged to visit or call Retention Services at 423.236.2838.
