Story Abstract

Story

Another week in my life here at Southern passes by. My schedule has been really busy so far this semester. At first I thought that it was just busy because I wasn't used to all my classes and that I would get into a routine where things would lighten up. Then we had week of prayer, and I was even more busy. I thought that after that that things would start to slow down. However, they haven't, and I'm beginning to wonder if I've bit off more than I can chew.

However, being busy isn't always bad. In fact I prefer to be more busy than to have lots of free time. When my schedule is full of free time, I tend to procrastinate and some things don't get done. Having deadlines and places that I have to be at tend to keep me on top of all the things I have to do.

So there are pros and cons to both, but there isn't anything that I can do about my hectic schedule now. I'll have to start to settle into a routine and deal with my schedule. Even though it's rough and harder than last semester was, I know that with God's help I can make it. Plus, it makes me happy to think that completing this semester brings me one step closer to finishing college and graduating!
