Admission

Follow these steps to apply for admission to your graduate program. If you have questions, please email Melodie Lopez or call 423.236.2694.

Review the admission requirements for your degree.

Submit a graduate application along with a $40 non-refundable fee ($25 for online applications). You can apply online or mail the printable application to:

     Southern Adventist University

     Collegedale, TN 37315

Submit the following to Graduate Studies:

  • Official undergraduate transcripts (including graduation date and degree completed). For expediency, address transcripts to "Graduate Studies"
  • Recommendation forms (PDF) and reference letters as required by your program
  • Written statement (as required by your program)
  • Resumé (as required by your program)
  • GMAT, GRE, or TOEFL scores (if required).

Once your application is processed by Graduate Studies, each school determines acceptance into the specific program. You'll receive an official letter announcing the decision.

SOUTHERN UNION TEACHERS

Southern Union teachers receiving tuition subsidy must obtain prior approval from their conference superintendent. Teachers then follow the regular admission process.
