Outdoor Education

Master of Science in Education—Outdoor Education
The program is designed for outdoor professionals, youth workers, classroom teachers, and others who want to more effectively use God’s book of nature in teaching and programming.

Learn from God’s original textbook. Lead groups on outdoor explorations. Give young people a new appreciation for nature.

Two Convenient Tracks

The outdoor professional intensives involve attendance at a 10-day intensive each semester, with projects and assignments after the the session. Field experiences require access to an outdoor facility.

The summer field school, designed for K-12 teachers, typically involves attending three consecutive sessions offered in the summer. Internships provide networking opportunities in the home community.
