Email Setup for

Which settings should I choose?

POP3 downloads your email to Outlook. Once you've retrieved your email, it is deleted from the server. Then the email exists only on your local computer.

IMAP is entirely server-based. All of your mail is stored on the server, even after you've downloaded and read it. (It's easy to reach your mailbox quota since all of your mail remains on the server, so it's a good idea to archive large and/or old mail to your local computer.)

Here's how to set up your Southern Adventist University email account in Outlook with Exchange settings:

1. Starting Outlook

Open Outlook.

Click Next.
