Exercise Classes

Group exercise classes are open to men and women with a Hulsey Wellness Center membership for no extra charge. Non-members may pay a monthly fee of $25 to join a class. Participants must be at least a high school graduate. Call 423.236.2850 to join.

Pilates

Invigorating poses and stimulating stretches that sculpt your body and soothe your mind.  This class will consist of active stretches and posing that will include strength, stamina as well as endurance.


Spin

MON 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

This class is a cycling class that will encourage you to push hard and have fun.

 

Body Sculpt

MON, WED, FRI 5:30 - 6:30 a.m.

Looking to get more toned while still incorporating cardio? Come to Body Sculpt where we will work on different major muscle groups using cardio exercises, group fitness, and circuit training.

 

 

Boot Camp

This total body workout class targets strength building and muscular endurance through circuit training. The circuits are composed of various exercises targeting different muscle groups, mixed in with short bursts of cardio to keep your heart rate up. This class is high energy, customizable to your skill level, and allows you to get more from your workout in a shorter amount of time.

Hey everyone! My name is Brooke Waterhouse and welcome to Total Spin! This class is a high intensity, low impacted class where you will burn calories and melt away fat. It will include pumped up spinning and total body exercises that will challenge you at your own level. Come out and enjoy an awesome workout
