Exercise Classes

Group exercise classes are open to men and women with a Hulsey Wellness Center membership for no extra charge. Non-members may pay a monthly fee of $25 to join a class. Participants must be at least a high school graduate. Call 423.236.2850 to join.

Cardio

SUNDAY 5 - 6 p.m.
INSTRUCTOR Katrina

An upbeat, aerobics class including a cardio workout as well as additional toning exercises. We will be using our own body and body weight to achieve cardio and “pump”. Expect things such as pushups, jumping jacks, squats, lunges, and various abdominal exercises. Come try it out!

Strength, Balance, Flexibility

SUNDAY 4 - 5 p.m.

MON & WED 7 - 8 p.m.
INSTRUCTOR Sarah

A class designed for all seeking to increase their range of motion, flexibility and improve their balance while strengthening their muscles through a variety of standing asanas, balance postures, and stretching exercises. Be ready to relax, feel the soothing burn, and leave feeling refreshed and renewed, prepared for the day to come.

Pilates

MONDAY 5 - 6 p.m.
INSTRUCTOR Katrina

A mix between stretching and core work, in this class we will be focusing on muscle groups. Generally low impact, but high intensity. My class focuses mainly on core work, but expect balance, flexibility, and fun!

Total Spin

MON & WED 4 - 5 p.m.
INSTRUCTOR Brooklyn

This class is a high energy, total body workout. We develop more muscle control with weights and isometric training. Cardio is also incorporated with activities like climbing and sprinting. All levels are welcome.

Spin/Abs

TUES & THUR 7 - 8 p.m.
INSTRUCTOR Taylor

This class will incorporate interval training, hill climbs and sprints to help road bikers stay conditioned during the cold season. And will also include an ab session to tighten and strengthen your core.

 

Spin

Bootcamp

TUES & THUR 6 - 7 p.m.

Boot camp class is a conditioning workout that uses burst intervals, resistance and endurance training! A fun challenge to help you meet your goals, improve muscle tone and your overall fitness

 

Ultra Fitness

MONDAY 3 - 4 p.m.
FRIDAY 1 - 2 p.m.
INSTRUCTOR David

A medium/high intensity, multidimensional workout, that combines cardio, plyometric, and core training, all in one hour. This class is split into 3-20 minute segments, geared towards shedding fat, burning calories, and building a strong core foundation. For those desiring to increase their cardiovascular endurance, athleticism, and total body fitness, while having fun and working out to upbeat music, THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU!

Total Body

This total body fitness class will push your body in all aspects. From abs to legs you will feel the burn all around and have balanced results.

 


Full Body Blast

MON & WED 6 - 6:30 p.m.
INSTRUCTOR Kaelibeth

This is a class that will incorporate high intensity movements to push all parts of the body for just 30 minutes. All fitness levels are invited.
