The Access Management Office manages access to university properties. Access Management includes programming access, encoding access cards, and implementation of access policies. A copy of the university access policy is available upon request.
Accessing university properties requires an authorized university administrator to submit an access request to email@example.com. Each access request is to include the following information:
- First name
- Last name
- University ID number
- Five-digit number from the back side of the ID card
- Name of building rooms are located
- List each room number person is approved for access
Processing access requests requires two to three business days to complete the programming sequence. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with status information when the request has been processed.
Access Expiration Dates
Faculty and staff access:
No expiration date is assigned to faculty or staff access.
Student access expires three times a year: 1) at the end of the fall semester, 2) at the end of the winter semester, and 3) at the end of summer sessions.
Lock Repair Request
To submit a door lock repair request, click here to enter a work order. Include your e-mail address if you would like to receive work order updates. Leave the GL and CIP fields blank. Your request will automatically be entered into the Plant Services work order database.
