The university is very proud of the achievements of the thousands of graduates and attendees who have experienced Southern through the years. Your continued support for your alma mater with your time, talents, and treasure is most appreciated. You are Southern's greatest ambassador!
Here's how you can get more involved:
- provide internships through your business
- recruit and hire Southern graduates
- mentor students and other alumni through the LEAP (Leadership Education through Alumni Partnerships) program
- volunteer to help with special events and projects on and off campus
- pray for God's continued guidance for students, faculty, and staff
- spread the word to potential students about the strong academic programs
- encourage family and friends to attend
- make a lasting impact on future generations by making a gift
Be sure to stay connected to each other and to the university through Southern Community online! Let me know how Southern can best serve you. We value your input and ideas.
With warm Southern wishes,

Fruition Lab 2017 -
Want to discover the “why” in your business? You might ask Seth Hill (‘17 Southern alumnus), founder and CEO at SWAYY Insulated Hammocks. Seth attended Fruition Lab in August 2016.
“Fruition Lab gave me the confidence and most importantly the connections to be able to continue down the road of truly useful business. I now have a more defined perspective on why I'm doing what I'm doing. I have a desire to create products with a purpose.“
Fruition Lab’s mission is to Inspire, Connect and Educate impact-driven entrepreneurs. Participating students at Southern Adventist University, alumni, and other Adventist entrepreneurs will hear inspiring stories from Adventist business owners as they identify their mission. Participants will learn how to sustain a business and network with others. This one-day seminar sponsored by Fruition Lab will be held for the first time at Southern Adventist University on November 2, 2017. Early arriving participants will be able to network the evening before, if desired. Go to southern.edu/fruitionlab to register.
