To apply for university housing, log in with your Southern ID and submit the University Housing Application.
University-Owned Rentals
The university provides the following rental housing options for student families.
All utilities and internet included:
- One-bedroom (673 sq. ft.) - $725/month (effective 5/1/24)
- Two-bedroom, one level (703 sq. ft) - $780/month (effective 5/1/24)
- Two-bedroom townhouse, two levels (832 sq. ft.) - $805/month (effective 5/1/24)
Features: stove, refrigerator, mini-blinds, water, garbage pickup.
Laundry room available in complex free of charge to residents.
