Share your personal journey about how you got to where you are in your professional career. Students want to hear stories they can relate to and what better way to do that then through telling them about your own experiences both in college and after.
Interacting with students often prompts professionals who have been away from the classroom for many years to reflect on their own careers and take stock of their own accomplishments. Making new relationships will also lead to unique opportunities and insights while expanding one's network.
