LAPTOP REQUIREMENTS AND COMPUTER LAB RESOURCES
Laptop Requirements
The School of Business requires the below specifications for student laptops.
Minimum required:
- Processor: 2 x 2.5 GHz
- RAM: 8 GB
- Hard drive: 500 GB
- OS: Windows 10 (64-bit) or higher
Recommended:
- Processor: 2 x 2.5 GHz
- RAM: 16 GB
- Hard drive: 500 GB
- OS: Windows 10 (64-bit) or higher
Laptops are available for use but are not permitted to leave the building under any circumstances. Laptops are to be signed in and out the same day.
The Brock Hall computer lab uses Windows 11 as the operating system on all computers. In addition, the following software programs are available to students on all the computers:
- Microsoft Office Suite 2024
- ETS Testing Browser
- Respondus Lockdown Browser
- Google Chrome
- Power BI
- Panopto
