Takeshita Street

Takeshita street on any given day is one of the busiest and liveliest streets in Tokyo, throw in New Years Day sales and you’ve doubled or even tripled the amount of people. Walking down was a struggle, and you really have to do it twice to try and see all of the shops but it was totally worth it. Had some of the best crepes of my life, which weirdly is famous here, and saw everything from otter cafes to rainbow cotten candy half my size. Photo was taken January 2nd with Alison Scruggs holding the flag.
