employment assistance program
An Employee Assistance Program is available through the North American Division's
employer life insurance policy—Voya. Free confidential counseling for stress, anxiety,
abuse and so much more.
If you choose to access assistance via the website (guidanceresources.com), a member will need to register. Please see a few hints on registering as a first-time user below:
The Organization Web ID is on this "wallet-card" as MY5848i. Upon entering this information into the box (see sample screenshot below) the member would click on 'Register'.
On this next screen below, type in Company name "The N" and submit...a drop down selection
will be made available entitled "The North American Division of the Seventh-day Adv."
Select this option and then submit.
The next screen will be the registration screen for the individual member to complete as indicated.
