If you choose to access assistance via the website (guidanceresources.com), a member will need to register. Please see a few hints on registering as a first-time user below:
The Organization Web ID is on this "wallet-card" as MY5848i. Upon entering this information into the box (see sample screenshot below) the member would click on 'Register'.
On this next screen below, type in Company name "The N" and submit...a drop down selection
will be made available entitled "The North American Division of the Seventh-day Adv."
Select this option and then submit.
