- New Faculty Orientation
- New Faculty Mentoring Program
- Faculty promotion support (portfolio assistance and classroom observation)
- Confidential coaching consultations regarding the teaching process and the incorporation of learning experiences from an Adventist Biblical Christian Worldview as connected to the individual disciplines
- Collaboration to assist with curriculum design and redesign
- Collaboration among university personnel
- Resources for developing a biblical foundation for teaching excellence, classroom teaching, student learning, and assessing options
