Temperature Issues
For heating or air conditioning issues, contact the Energy Management office at 423.236.2917 Or Email us at Emschedule@southern.edu. Please check the slide point on the temperature sensor before reaching out.
For temporary system override, push and hold the override button for six seconds. Then wait up to 10 minutes for the override to take effect. Pushing the override button more than once will turn the system off.
