Gackenheimer-Henson Award for Excellence in Mathematics
The Audrey Gackenheimer-Henson Award for Excellence in Mathematics recognizes a
mathematics student who has demonstrated outstanding academic achievement during their
time at Southern Adventist University. The recipient has exhibited excellence in mathematical
study, intellectual curiosity, and a sustained commitment to scholarly achievement.
The award is presented on the recommendation of the Mathematics Department faculty
in recognition of exceptional performance and promise in the field of mathematics.
