Reports that one can use to submit concerns on campus
Your safety matters to us at Southern. Please use these forms to report any safety
concerns you have.
General safety, please note that full confidentiality cannot be promised. Victims reporting crimes should be aware we will keep the complaint confidential, to the extent we can do so consistently with our duty to investigate and take corrective action. Crime reports should include personally identifying information if available. This is important for law enforcement purposes and to avoid double counting crimes.
If you wish to make an anonymous report, your identity will remain hidden, but the report will be submitted to Clery for statistical purposes.
