Campus Call Center Agent
Location/Department: Advancement Campus Call Center
Description/Duties: The call center agent serves as a liaison between the university and the caller (parent/student/community). This position can be very repetitive and involves close attention to detail. Requires someone who can catch errors and correct the information that is processed. The agent will work closely with office staff to provide a welcoming and helpful environment to all.
Qualifications: The successful candidate needs to be flexible, work well in a team environment, be organized and customer-focused, have superior phone etiquette, and demonstrate good communication skills. Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task; handling call campaigns, emails, data entry, accurate documentation, and mailings.
Hours: Summer Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 5:00pm and Friday 9:30am - 12:00pm
Pay Rate: Based on class standing and experience
