GRADFEST

Your upcoming graduation from Southern is an accomplishment that is nothing short of remarkable, and we can’t wait to welcome you into the Alumni Association!

Hosted by Alumni Relations, GRADFEST is a one-stop-shop celebration to welcome you into the Alumni Association, highlight resources and services available to alumni, and help you prepare for graduation.

This is a great time to check with Student Finance about your account status, pick up your honor cords from Records, and make a class gift.

  • Pick up your alumni gift and alumni generational pin
  • Make your class gift
  • Pick up honor cords
  • Learn about post-grad resources
  • Enjoy free food and snacks on the Alumni Association

ALUMNI GENERATIONAL PIN

If your parents(s) or grandparents(s) attended or graduated from Southern, we would like to recognize your family's legacy and commitment to the university with a special alumni generational pin to wear with your regalia. 

Pins can be picked up during GRADFEST or in the Advancement Office in Wright Hall (4th floor) the week before commencement. 

GRADFEST is a part of the Seniors Today, Alumni Tomorrow (STAT) series. This series is for all seniors, no matter your graduation date. As your time at Southern comes to a close, the purpose of this series is to prepare you to take the next step on your journey as you complete your time as a student and step into the future as a successful alum. Annual events include the Senior Sparkle, lunch-and-learn seminars, a class meeting, and GRADFEST.
