VISION SCREENING COMMUNITY SERVICE CREDIT

Impact America Tennessee, FocuFirst will be in the Chattanooga area conducting vision screening for children in day care centers from Sept 27-30 throughout the day. Slots are limited!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

FocusFirst uses a special camera, the SPOT digital screening system, to capture a photograph of the child’s eyes.

  • As simple as taking a photograph
  • No need for eye drops
  • requires no response from a pre- or non-verbal child
  • Can screen children as young as six months
  • Detects a wide range of eye abnormalities (myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism)
