Praxis

Praxis:

(definition) practice, as distinguished from theory; the Greek word for acts.

Praxis is a student-led initiative in collaboration with the University Church and Southern Adventist University Chaplain's Office. Praxis was implemented not as an end to itself, but as a means of stirring up a revival that impacts us so deeply it cannot help but manifest itself in our daily lives. Our hope is that we move away from just the theory of a spiritual life into the vibrant walk with God. 

 This site was created for two reasons:

1. As a place for you to write down what it is that God has called you to do next for Him. This will be sent to Church and University Spiritual Leadership anonymously unless you mark your name and that you would like someone to journey with you as you do what God has asked you to do. 

2. As a bank of resources to help you grow in areas that God has called you to grow in.

Personal Revival

It Is Written Bible Study Guides
If you feel that God is calling you to understand His Word better, this series is a great place to start learning foundational biblical concepts.  
Sabbath School
This is a great way to learn about the Bible with others, sharing and learning from one another's experiences with God's Word. Check out this list of Sabbath Schools going on at the University Church. To follow along with this week's adult lesson click here.
