REQUEST FOR DELETION OF TRANSFER CREDIT
If you would like some of you transfer credits deleted, please fill in all the required
blanks in the form below. After it has been completed, click the "Submit Form" button
at the bottom of the form to send it to Records and Advisement for processing.
NOTE: Transfer credits from a Tennessee institution CANNOT be deleted.
If financial aid was granted from a transfer institution, transfers credits from that inistitution CANNOT be deleted.
