Residents of Southern Village have met the age and credit qualifications and proven
themselves to be trustworthy and cooperative. Living in the Village is based on trust
and a cooperative relationship. If removed from the Village for any disciplinary reason,
eligibility to return to the Village will not be valid for a minimum of one year.
