SINGLE STUDENT HOUSING
There are several on-campus housing options for single undergraduate and graduate
students.
Residential Housing
Thatcher, Thatcher South, Talge and Southern Village are reserved for our single students who are under 23.
Single 23+ and Graduate Housing
The Laumere Court Apartments are available for our single students who are 23-29 or graduate students under 30.
Single 30+ Housing
Southern has some availability in Winding Creek and Lower Stateside Apartments for single students who are 30 or older.
