Speaker: Dwight Nelson, '73
From 1983 until his retirement in June 2023, Dwight Nelson served as lead pastor of Pioneer Memorial Church on the campus of Andrews University. He preaches on the “New Perceptions” telecast, teaches at the theological seminary, and has written several books, including The Chosen and American Apocalypse. He and his wife, Karen, are blessed with two married children and three granddaughters.

Tour the campus farm, which is part of the History and Political Studies Department. It uses organic methods to produce vegetables and fruits year-round, with the primary focus on offering agriculture training so that students, faculty, and community members can learn to garden.
