Securely upload documents to student finance

The Student Financial Office highly recommends students upload all signed and completed forms through our secure upload page. It is the most efficient and secure way to submit required documentation to our office. If you are unable to upload your completed documents please submit them in person at the Student Financial Office on campus or contact our office at studentfinance@southern.edu.

HERE ARE A FEW TIPS YOU CAN USE TO ENSURE YOUR DOCUMENT SUBMISSION IS READY FOR THE FINANCIAL AID OFFICE

The student ID is a required field. This helps to identify to which student the files uploading belong to. You may also provide any other pertinent information within the description field. See example on the right.

Example

Student ID:  0401234

Student Name: Charles Smith

Document Description:  W2 Tax Forms

 

Review documents carefully to understand which ones require a signature. Be sure to sign documents when a signature line is present.

The finance office suggests you compile all required documents and upload them together. This helps our processing team to complete the work in a timely manner.

Uploading a picture of your completed forms? 

Make sure the document can be read by the financial aid administrator. A rule of thumb is that if you cannot read it, neither can we!

  • W-2 Forms
  • Verification Worksheets
  • IRS Tax Return Transcripts
  • Copy of U.S. Passport
  • Copy of Authorized
  • Permanent Resident
  • Any other official documents that may contain personal identifiable information.
