Refund Policy
Undergraduate and Graduate students
A student who drops a class or withdraws completely during the semester will receive a refund of tuition and fees based on the business day the completed withdrawal/drop form (with all required signatures) is filed with the Records and Advisement Office. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding University observed holidays. Refund calculations begin with the first day of class.
Please Note: Federal financial aid, including grants and loans, will be adjusted for students who drop a course(s) that results in a change to their enrollment, including a full withdrawal. Institutional financial aid received will be adjusted based on the tuition refund amount a student receives. A student's institutional aid will never be adjusted more than the tuition refund provides.
