TOUCHNET STATUS UPDATE
As of this morning, after talking with TouchNet on the phone, we have received an all clear on the issues that were affecting their systems. You can access the TouchNet login page from the link below. We will be monitoring the system carefully this morning but expect to turn back on the direct link to the login page later today.
We are happy to report that the TouchNet system is back online. Later today, we will redirect this link back to the main login page but want to make sure that everything is working as expected before we make that final change.
We received another update from TouchNet this evening indicating they expect access to their system to be restored by 8 am (EST) tomorrow morning (Nov 16).
We understand this has been an inconvenience and continue to ask for your patience as this issue continues to be fixed.
At this time the only update we have received from TouchNet is that while they have made progress, they are continuing to work on the issue.
Also, this issue is not just with Southern but with many of their clients.
We will continue to provide updates as we can on when the system will be available.
This morning at 7 am our Payment Provider, TouchNet, sent us notification that their systems are experiencing technical issues and are currently unavailable. TouchNet is currently working to resolve the issues.
We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
At this time we do not have an estimated time when the system will become available. However, we recommend checking back this afternoon for availability.
