Employee Referrals

Fall 2022, Student Success & Retention Services partnered with the Tutoring Center and Writing Center to purchase a system called TracCloud, which is used for scheduling and tracking appointments with students.

In addition, we purchased a module for tracking referrals called SAGE (Student Alert and Group Events), which allows faculty to submit referrals for students enrolled in their courses. Unfortunately, all other referrals had to be submitted by filling out an online form and submitting it. It was then entered manually and assigned. 

In an effort to simplify this process, it now is possible for all Southern Adventist University employees to create referrals into our tracking system. Please follow the instructions below and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
