Human Performance Lab

Treadmill Test
Using state-of-the-art equipment and procedures that are considered the “gold standard” for measuring physiological processes, we can give you data that is specific to you, not a theoretical number based on your age, gender, height, and weight. Using this data we then help guide you in formulating a plan so you can more efficiently and effectively pursue your goals, whatever they might be! Whether it’s improved performance and times in athletic events, weight loss, better health, or a “checkup.”
  • Take personal responsibility for your health
  • Improve your athletic performance
  • Reach your health and fitness goals
  • Lose weight
