Exercise Classes

Group exercise classes are open to students, employees, and those with a current Hulsey Wellness Center membership for no extra charge. The schedule may change at any time.

CLASSES (Updated 2/20/20)

PlyoHIIT

Time: Mondays & Wednesdays 
Days: 6 - 6:45 a.m.
Instructor: Monica
Meets: HWC Aerobics Room
Description:  It's time to wake up! This high intensity interval class will consist of a warm-up, HIIT section, Core Circuit, and a cool-down.  This would be considered to be of medium difficulty with a few harder exercises built in but these can be adjusted depending on your conditioning.

Fitness Stretching

Time: 6 - 7 p.m. 
Days: Mondays Only

Meets: HWC Aerobics Room
Description: This class will consist of a Warm-Up and a mix of Dynamic, PNF, and Passive stretching exercises.  All are welcome to join this class! 

Cardio Beat

Time: 7 - 8 p.m. 
Days: Mondays & Wednesdays
Instructor: Caitrin
Meets: HWC Aerobics Room
Description: A fusion of Latin and International music / themes that create dynamic and exciting exercise. The workout is available to all, and fun and easy to do. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Cycling Class

Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Days: 6 - 7 p.m.
Instructor: Monica
Meets: HWC Aerobics Room
Description: Come enjoy some electro/latin beats while you participate in this cycling class.  This class will consist of a warm-up, spin section of 20 minutes, water break, another spin section of 15-20 minutes, and then a cool-down.  Easy to moderate in difficulty.
