Group exercise classes are open to men and women with a Hulsey Wellness Center membership for no extra charge. The schedule may change at any time.

CLASSES

Circuit and Weight Training

Time: 3 - 4 p.m.
Days: Monday & Wednesday

Instructor: Sabrina
Meets: HWC Aerobics Room
Description: Circuits of varied exercises focused on burning fat, building strength and increasing flexibility!  Different levels of each exercise to insure you are safely working at your skill level.  Workout consists of a warm up, circuit training and a cool down.

CARDIO BEAT

Time: 7 - 8 p.m.
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays

Meets: HWC Aerobics Room
Description: A fusion of Latin and International music / themes that create dynamic and exciting exercise.  The workout is available to all, and fun and easy to do. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
