Group exercise classes are open to men and women with a Hulsey Wellness Center membership for no extra charge. The schedule may change at any time.

CLASSES

Balance

Time: 8 - 9 a.m.
Days: Mondays & Wednesdays

Instructor: Aspen
Meets: HWC Aerobics Room
Description: This class is geared towards previously injured or aging athletes who are looking to regain balance and agility. We will work to improve joint mobility and range of motion as well as overall balance and strengthening with movements isolating muscle groups and targeting stability through the core.

Stretch/Tone

Time: 6 - 7 p.m.
Days: Mondays & Wednesdays

Instructor: Aspen
Meets: HWC Aerobics Room
Description: Consists of dynamic movements that focus on strengthening through powerful body-weight exercises and engaging muscle isolation. This class incorporates muscle toning, using the body as full body resistance, and stretching with relaxing movements to cool down the heart rate and loosen the muscles that were targeted during the strengthening sequences. 

Spin/Abs

Time: 7 - 8 p.m.
Days: Mondays & Wednesdays

Meets: HWC Aerobics Room
Description: If you love to bike, want a great leg workout, or enjoy major calorie busting while pedaling away, indoor cycling is for you. Indoor Cycling is a great leg workout coupled with great instructors, fun music, friends, and even some ab work.

Boot Camp

Time: 8 - 9 a.m.
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays

Instructor: Aspen
Meets: HWC Aerobics Room
Description: Boot camp is a challenging full body workout that increases all aspects of your fitness and incorporates high intensity interval training (HIIT) and conditioning.  Exercises range from body-weight movements to weighted strength training and cardio movements, all geared towards a high intensity, calorie-burning workout.

CARDIO BEAT

Time: 7 - 8 p.m.
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Instructor: Heidi Perez
Meets: HWC Aerobics Room
Description: A fusion of Latin and International music / themes that create dynamic and exciting exercise.  The workout is available to all, and fun and easy to do. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
