Stretching with Ron Reading (Meets in Gymnastic Gym)
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time: 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.

Description: Here is a great opportunity to limber up for the day with doing various
stretching exercises in the Gymnastic Gym.
Cardio Beat (Aerobic Room)
Days: Monday - Thursday
Time: 7 - 8 p.m.
Instructor: Regence
Description: A fusion of Latin and International music / themes that create dynamic
and exciting exercise. The workout is available to all, and fun and easy to do. The
routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and
slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
