Exercise Classes

Group exercise classes are open to students, employees, and those with a current Hulsey Wellness Center membership for no extra charge. The schedule may change at any time.

Fitness Stretching

Time: 6 - 7 p.m.
Days: Mondays & Wednesdays

Description: This class will consist of a Warm-Up and a mix of Dynamic, PNF, and Passive stretching exercises.  All are welcome to join this class! 

Hard Core

Time: 6 - 6:45 a.m.
Days: Mondays & Wednesdays

Description: In less than an hour, you can strengthen your core, improve your posture, and gain stability and balance. This class will teach you how to effectively strengthen your core without causing injury to your back, and is beneficial for all ages!

Cardio Beat

Time: 7 - 8 p.m.
Days: Tuesdays & Wednesdays
Instructor: Caitrin
Meets: HWC Aerobics Room
Description: A fusion of Latin and International music / themes that create dynamic and exciting exercise. The workout is available to all, and fun and easy to do. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
