Exercise Classes

Group exercise classes are open to students, employees, and those with a current Hulsey Wellness Center membership for no extra charge. The schedule may change at any time.

Fitness Stretching

Time: 6 - 7 p.m.
Days: Mondays & Wednesdays

Instructor: Wyatt Gardner
Meets: HWC Aerobics Room
Description: This class will consist of a Warm-Up and a mix of Dynamic, PNF, and Passive stretching exercises.  All are welcome to join this class! 

Beginning Stretch

Time: 1 - 2 p.m.
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays

Description: Introduction to Stretching will help participants gain flexibility in all areas of the body by using techniques derived from classical ballet. All are invited!

Intermediate/Advanced Stretching

Time: 10:15 - 11:15 a.m.
Days: Fridays
