- Our version of Windows 8 is an upgrade, to be installed on a computer that already has a Windows operating system. (Otherwise it will install, but not register.)
- Upgrading to Windows 8 from Windows XP requires additional steps.
- Upgrading to the 64-bit version of Windows 8 from a 32-bit version of Vista or 7 requires additional steps.

We also support specialty software required for departments. However, we ask that departments/schools check with us before purchasing software so we can determine if it will work with our computers/network.
